What is Executive Coaching?


Executive Coaching is a collaborative relationship to enhance personal effectiveness within an organization.  Most people come to Executive Coaching because 1) they are dissatisfied with their current situation; 2) transitioning into new leadership roles, positions or organizations.


The goal of the Executive Coaching process is to heighten the client's awareness around the forces for and against change; to support a plan for change by creating a new compelling vision and developing new ways of being in relationship
